By commissioning me, you're purchasing my services as an artist only.
I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but aren't limited to the right to:
redistribute, reproduce or use it as a sample for sales / self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.
I'll respect your privacy request if you'd prefer me not to post your project publicly. But if this is the case, you need to purchase into a private commission. More info can be found if you keep scrolling down.
I won't claim the intellectual property or reuse / resell your project / design for personal or commercial projects unless agreed upon.

Rush orders - 1.5x Price | any order with a deadline within 1 week to 1 month may be available depending upon the request. Rush orders are counted from the date of payment.
Ex. Client pays for a 2 week rush order on January 1st. The final commission will be delivered by January 14th.Private contracts/NDAs available for business inquiries only.
For individual/personal commissions, they may be streamed, shared on social media, my portfolio, or any other websites. However, the commissioner may request I keep their name and related information private for up to 6 months from the final delivery date for no additional fees.Commercial Licenses

Ex. Using on stream as an asset, scene illustration, video thumbnail, shop banner, or in a monetized promotional video
Using in a stream schedule, as a profile/banner on social media, posting on social media does NOT require a commercial license.
Type B - 1.5x to 3x Price | merchandise and bulk productionLive2D Models and Emotes have Commercial Fees already included in the price, there is no discussion needed.
For normal illustrations, the price for Commercial Use needs to be discussed, it will probably double or more.
If you get a normal Commission and later decide you'd like to use it for Commercial Use, it is possible to pay the fee afterwards. Please feel free to message me if that would be the case.PRIVATE COMISSIONS
If you request the commission to be private, an extra fee per art will be incurred. This is because I lose out on my chance to display my current skills to potential customersHOW TO ORDER

If for some reason your PayPal account isn't working or authorizes a refund request without you knowing somehow, you must contact me as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.
Issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel / refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you.
Absolutely don't ever issue a chargeback to my paypal. Doing so can compromise all of my finances, my paypal, my bank account, the failure of automatic bill payments, etc.
If you absolutely need to cancel a project, you MUST contact me for a refund.PAYMENT PROCESS
I'll only accept PayPal or Paylah as payment.
I require full payment or, in the case of a payment plan, partial (half) payment before I start working on the artwork.
PayPal payments will only be accepted in USD.
I'll add you to my to-do list once payment is cleared and details are given.
In the case of a payment plan, I will only do the amount of work that fits the amount of money you have already paid. So for example, if you only pay 50%, I will do the sketch, lineart and add base colours. When you pay the other 50%, I will do the rest.NOTES FOR ORDERING

I can refund 100% of the payment ONLY if I haven't started working on the sketch.
Once I start your Commission, I can't refund you the full amount.
Because of PayPal fees, taxes and transfer fees, I can only refund 80% if due to the client's fault.

At any point after the sketching stage, the client will NOT receive a refund unless I determine I cannot finish the remainder of the commission. In this situation, I will provide a refund amount quote depending on the amount of work already completed.
Once I'll reach the lineart status, there'll be NO REFUNDSDEADLINE
You may set a deadline if you wish, but it must be reasonable. I don't have time to work on your piece 24/7.
If you need your finished piece quickly and wish for your commission to be PRIORITY, there'll be a fee depending on how fast you want it done.WORK SPEED
I'll try to finish your commission as fast as I can, however, be patient with me.
The maximum time I need to finish a digital commission could take up to 3 months, but normally I need around 1-2 weeks to finish a commission piece. (This only applies when I start your commission!)
Check my to-do list whenever you want for a status update.
I tend to work when I feel most motivated so that your commission is done properly and with the best effort.CHANGES
Once the picture is finished, I can do small changes such as colour adjustments and / or add tiny details I may have forgotten.
You are responsible for ensuring your order contains the details you want me to follow.
I won't redraw commissions unless payment is sent for a second order.By commissioning me, it means you have read and accepted all the terms outlined above. Here you'll agree to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated and provide all image credits to me.
Violators will be added to my blacklist without any warnings, either temporarily or permanently.PROCESS
Commissions open every 3-5 months. All announcements are made through Twitter/Discord!
They are not first-come first-served. There will be anywhere from 1-4 slots accepted for each batch.
Commission application form (Google Forms) will be released on Twitter/Discord and will remain open for 3-5 days.
If you are selected:
You will be contacted via email 2-3 days after the forms close, with notice of when the commission can begin and a price quote. You will only be invoiced for payment, once I can begin the commission.
All details are to be fully discussed in this stage.
If you are NOT selected: You will not be contacted in this case, please look out for the closing notices on twitter/discord!
Payment must be made upfront, through either PayPal / Wise (preferred) / Paylah / local transfer (SG)
You may also opt to pay 50% upfront and 50% upon completion, let me know!
Clarification: The initial payment of a minimum of 50% is expected to be made within 5 days of being contacted to begin the project (not when you are given a slot), the slot may need to be postponed (only if time allows)/given up otherwise. I cannot work with big delays, I'm sorry!
Split payments for the final 50% may be discussed. Final files will only be sent upon full payment.
There will be strictly no refunds, once I have started on your commission. The only exception is if there is any reason I am unable to proceed with the project, I will refund you accordingly.
If there is no response at all to contact attempts regarding slot allocation/payment after 72 hours, the slot will be automatically revoked/given to someone else/postponed. (only if time allows for me)
Please provide timely feedback/psd. edits to keep the project on schedule.
You may request revisions at the sketch phase till you are satisfied, only minor revisions when sent the final model/final rig.
At least 3 revision opportunities are provided: 1 major revision during the sketching stage (ex. pose alterations, adding/removing large elements) and 2 minor during and after the coloring stage (color changes, slight repositioning, adding/removing small elements).
I will fix character design errors for free as long as clear references are provided when the commission is requested.
Any revisions deemed as major will be charged a fee. Other revisions may incur extra fees.
Any revisions requested exceeding the limit/after I give you the files will be charged $12/hour.
After the commission request is finalized by both the commissioner and the artist, no more revisions can be made.
After the commission is finished and I've sent the file to you, you can still request for me to make an adjustment. However, I might not be available to do so at times since I have other commissions I'm doing as well. This option will only be available for 6 months after commissioning me.I recommend that you get every important aspect of your background adjusted before I send you the file.If I don't receive any answer by 48 hours, I will continue to work based on what the client has written on form. (only after payment)
If the commissioner fails to respond to revision approvals after 2 weeks, the commission is considered complete. After completion, I am not responsible for storing the finished work, and may not be able to deliver it again in case it is lost after delivery is confirmed.Request → Payment → Sketch → Line Art → Coloring → Post-processing → Final Check → CompleteTurnaround time: Please safely expect 3 - 4 weeks for rig-only and 4 - 6 weeks for model + rig. This window will start when I begin your project, not when you are given a slot!
Regarding future add-ons: If you are looking for an artist/rigger that is highly available for frequent work - this is not me!
Add-ons may take up to a few months before I can get started on them, depending on how long the add-on queue is.
They are considered a lower priority than any existing/new commission batch. There will always be time allocated to complete add-ons after existing work is completed.
You can let me know anytime you'd like to get add-ons, you will be added to the queue and contacted to begin when I reach your slot!
I will inform recurring clients when I am intending to take a break/open a new commission batch, in this case, all add-on requests that come after this notice will be put on hold on a separate waitlist until said events are over.GENERAL
Slots are granted/selected only through submitting an application form, they are not first-come first-served. Slots are not guaranteed.
I have the right to refuse requests I am not comfortable with.
You are not allowed to re-sell the Live2D model (w/o permission), redistribute the files, or claim the artwork as your own. Please contact me if you wish to edit/add on the model.
I am allowed to post the commission on my social media + use it as a sample. Please inform me if you wish to keep the commission private till your debut!
Please credit me clearly as the artist/rigger with link to my instagram / twitter / discord, this means credit should not be difficult to find!
Live2D commissions are considered commercial-use. You may use it for streaming/videos, etc. If you are commissioning from a talent company, additional costs will incur according to the scale of the company (up to 1.5x).
It is prohibited to use/upload/sell my work as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) anywhere.
The Live2D work file (moc3.) will not be given/sold in any case.
Prices of my commissions are subject to change at any time.APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
I don't accept rush commissions at the moment, please only request if you can wait.
For model commissions - Please provide at least a clear, completed, front-facing design
No mood boards, no (only) descriptive text, and no colourless designs. Coloured sketches are okay!
Anything that requires me to design or "fill in the blanks" for you will not be considered. I do not offer character design work!
Any extra outfits you intend to get will also require a reference! Mood boards are alright for very simple outfits.
For rig-only commissions - Provided models (psd.) must be ready to rig
PSD should be split into properly named + grouped layers (R/L accordingly), each layer to be drawn wholly even if part of it is being overlapped. The model must be in default position. It must be upright and centred, the face symmetry line should line up with the canvas' centre line.
The artist will not need to draw out the full expressions, only the extra assets are required (tears, heart pupils, angry marks, etc.)

If you are selected, please have the psd. ready by the time your slot comes up!ETC.
By default, I'll only be attaching a configured settings file for the tracking software - VTube Studio.
I will not be attaching any extra files for other tracking software.
When applying: I will highly suggest applying to/looking out for other artists/riggers as I cannot guarantee everyone a slot/accept every commission. Thank you for understanding!

The only thing I do not allow is the "chibification" of my model, this means please do not resize the body parts in a way to make the model look like a chibi.
If the client wants a chibi model, I am willing to draw one for a discount.
By commissioning me, it means you have read and accepted all the terms outlined above.

- Commissions are strictly taken through an application/selection process using Google Forms.

- When I have available slots I open the channel #get-slot on my discord,
and I tag people with the role @LookingxComish, the first 5 to answer are those who get a slot.
- Normally I notice a few days before when I'm about to open slots, so they don't have to wait every day.
- When you have obtained a slot, I'll contact you to send you the form of what you have requested.HOW LONG WILL A COMMISSION TAKE?
Roughly 3 - 4 weeks for model only and 4 - 6 weeks for model + rig. This window will start when I begin your project, not when you are given a slot.HOW ARE COMMISSIONS SELECTED?
- I choose designs that suit my personal taste + that I think I can confidently make look good in my style. I prefer models with properly set-up PSDs. I am unlikely to accept requests I feel I cannot do justice to.

- What is VBridger?
• A face tracking plugin designed for Vtube Studio and Live2D that allows for more expressive mouth movements. These additional mouth forms need to be rigged in order to work (e.g. better "oo", pouting, chewing, pressing lips together, more control over mouth shape overall, etc.)
